Quickstart

From signup to a first payment: create an account, verify, fund a wallet, and send.

This is the shortest path through the platform.

Before you start: onboarding serves companies registered in the US or Canada and individuals resident in those countries. If neither applies, verification cannot be completed.

1. Create your account

1. Enter your email

   Sign up with an email address and confirm the one-time code sent to it.

2. Enroll a credential

   Register a passkey. If your device cannot use passkeys, enroll a TOTP authenticator instead. There is no password at any point.

3. Save your recovery codes

   You are shown single-use recovery codes once. They are the only way back in if you lose every credential — store them somewhere you can reach without your device.

2. Open a space and verify

Choose which kind of space you need. You can create the other one later.

Company space (KYB)

1. Enter the legal representative’s name and the company name.
2. Review the document checklist shown for your country of registration.
3. Complete the hosted verification flow for the company and its associated persons.
4. Wait for the payment account to be provisioned — it is automatic once verification passes.

Personal space (KYC)

1. Open your personal space from the space switcher.
2. State your country of residence — this selects the verification profile.
3. Complete the hosted verification flow for yourself.
4. Wait for the payment account to be provisioned.

You can pause and resume at any point; progress is saved per step. The dashboard shows the live verification status, and a reviewer’s decision arrives asynchronously — there is no instant approval.

3. Fund the account

Once the payment account is active:

1. Open the account and choose a funding method for the wallet you want to fund.
2. Fetch the deposit instructions for that method. For a fiat rail you get the account details to pay into; for crypto you get a deposit address, with its chain and asset.
3. Send the funds from your bank or wallet.

Inbound money appears in your transaction list on its own once it clears. There is no deposit step to perform on the platform side.

4. Send your first payment

1. Price it first

   Request a fee preview for the transfer or payout. You get a quote carrying a fee_quote_id, the net amount, the fee, and the total that will be debited.

2. Confirm against the quote

   Submit the payment with that fee_quote_id. The quote is single-use and expires ten minutes after it is issued; if it lapses, request a new one.

3. Track it

   Follow the payment in your transaction list. Every money event — funding, transfer, payout, fee — appears there with its own kind and status.

The fee is charged on top of the amount you enter. The recipient receives exactly the amount you typed, and your wallet is debited that amount plus the fee.
